Are you having trouble getting what you deserve?  Deserving better and more, are two very common themes with women right now, regardless of age, profession or status.

You see, for women, it’s sometimes so easy to get “lost in our own heads” and to get obsessed over specific wants, needs, and desires – especially when there is a feeling that we deserve better.

What you feel you deserve and what you actually receive has a direct correlation to your mindset.  This is why if you’re “lost in your own head”, your thoughts stuck on “repeat” or “autopilot”, you’re likely not getting what you really do deserve.

While mindset, emotional intelligence and some form of slowing the mind all seem to be the new big trend, many women using average techniques are still falling short of getting what they deserve for one main reason – they’re not using a system to change their thought patterns while feeling it in the body at the same time.

The average mindset technique implemented creates a diversion in thinking by avoiding, changing the subject or disconnecting from it altogether.

Why doesn’t this work?  

Because even though you might give your brain a pause from a direct bombardment of the specific want, need or desire (you know you deserve), the way you’re thinking about it and feeling it is coming from a lack perspective.  

Any thinking that comes from lack, creates a negative charge within the body.

What is fixed thinking?

Negative or ‘fixed thinking’ creates a negative charge in the body always.  You quite literally have to change the thought pattern and the emotion if you want to receive what you deserve.  

What is prolific thinking?

Positive or ‘prolific thinking’ creates a positive charge in the body.  Prolific thinking releases endorphins that energize you and gives you a creative lens to problem solve.  Prolific thinking is not simply thinking positively, it’s training your thoughts to work for you.  Imagine being stuck – you’re trying to figure out how to change a specific challenge – next imagine you use a framework or mindset construct that creates an idea or solution in the moment.  That’s prolific thinking.  That’s what women haven’t learned in school and it’s stopping our progress.  Imagine silencing the “you’re not enough” voice or the voice that says, “here’s another place you’re a failure” and instead says, “ok this isn’t ideal but here’s what you can do about it now…”.  That’s what prolific thinking does and when you use it, you’ll create a ripple effect in your environment that will significantly impact your expereince.
